my license won't work

I bought my accurender in 2010 from mcneel and associates. the license no longer works. I talked to them and they said they sold to you. can I get a new license for my product?

Please be more specific.  For example, was your license for nXt and did you just download a newer version?  If not, describe how it stopped working.

If you want me to look up your current McNeel license I can-- I'll need the name and/or email with which it was purchase (send me a private message with this info.)

thanks for the quick response. it was a pilot error. i thought i needed a differently formatted license and authcode, but i just had to use the 'mcneel product key.'  i'm good.
