Render Farm Task Number

Should I be concerned that Render Farm is using the same task number for two different machines? All machines were started at the same time and the render was never paused or stopped.

It's a bit disconcerting-- not sure what happened-- the task latching mechanism is pretty robust.  Up to you whether you want to let it finish and see what you get.

I'm letting it run. If I don't catch and rename the first one that finishes ,will the last one finished overwrite the previous one?  I'll report back on what happens.

It certainly might-- but the monitor is suggesting that they've both latched the same task so it should write the same result (I think).

Roy, once the first computer finished task12 it wrote out the result. The computer that had the other task12 finished but did not write out a result nor did it overwrite the previous task12. Essentially it disappeared and moved on to the next task. All nodes are now running separate tasks as you would expect.
