advanced rendering for AutoCAD
Is there a way to prepare and save for rendering, let us say, in Accurender nxt for Autocad, then perform the final render in SU IRender (or vice versa)?. Is batch stuff the answer since all share the same rendering engine, thanks again.

In order to create the model in AutoCAD, and render it in SketchUp, you would need to import your AutoCAD DWG into SketchUp, and then apply the rendering stuff - materials, lights, etc. from SketchUp. You will have to try importing a DWG into SketchUp to see how well this will work for you.
However, you cannot, at this time, place rendering settings (Materials, Lights, etc.) in AutoCAD and have them import into SketchUp, because the SketchUp DWG importer does not recognize the special things saved in the AutoCAD DWG by nXtRender for AutoCAD. You have to assign materials and lighting properties after you import the model into SketchUp.
