AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Hy Roy, I have an error message every time I click render when a previous render has been running for a while, no matter if it is in the same file or a new one (but ACAD session alway the same). See image attached. I'm using last nXt (317) on win7 64bit. Thanks.

This isn't happening generally.

I'll need more information if I'm going to pursue this-- start with-- what are the exact steps needed to reproduce the problem.? Until I get it reproduced here there's little hope of solving it.  If it's only happening with specific drawings I'll need those.

It is happening independently by the drawing. I think I'm rendering with e4, but I'll check this. The sure is that it occurs after rendering a second time when first render has run a little bit. In fact, it often happens after I choose "no" if I want to save the previous render. I'll do some more tries. Thanks Roy.

Hi Roy! This error still occurs. It happens when I stop a render with e4, open another drawing and render again with e4. Both on Acad2012 and 2013.

Not happening here.  If you want me to explore this one further you'll need to provide a very specific test case.  Include all drawings necessary and very specific steps for how to reproduce.  For example:

  1. Open dwg A.
  2. Render A.
  3. Stop Rendering.
  4. Open dwg B.
  5. Render B

Right Roy, let me see if I have time tomorrow to make this test.

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More

3D_Replication final

I created this replication of one of Peter Milner's renders, not with AI but with sketchup (with the matchnewphoto tool), autocad and nxtrender.Critics and comments are welcome.
