advanced rendering for AutoCAD
Lights
I have been trying to render an interior scene using the nxt lights but can’t get any of them to appear.
Could anyone tell me what settings I need to have turned on/ off?
Can’t find any tutorials for the same, are there any?

Use the "Interior Lighting" preset to get started. If you still don't see lights let me know.
There is a lot of information out there under Support->Documentation (or reachable via online help.) If you want to combine daylighting and artificial lighting, for example, there is a link here. (The info. is slightly outdated but mostly good.)
