AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Hallo zusammen

Wie kommt es, das ich bei einigen Volumenkörper die Materialien sehe und bei anderen Volumenkörpern die auf dem gleichen Layer liegen, die Materialien nicht sehe??
Was ist aus dem Speicherleck geworden??
Wann kommt Comotion 012??

Use the Remove Material from Object button on the objects whose materials do not display correctly. This should fix the problem. Let me know.
It works, but not on the blocks... I have to explode, unfortunately :o(
I have the same problem (till the begining of nXt I believe), I use the "match properties" tool, with one object that is correct. But if I make a "WBlock" with some objects, I can be sure that any material will be visible in the new dwg, and I must draw an object (cube, sphere...) on the layer (this new object has always the material visible), and with "match properties", attribute the material for all the objects of each layer... Take lot of time...
But if "remove material" fix the problem, that could save lot of time, to use it, in one time, on all the objects of the drawing... I'll try!
Check the _CMATERIAL system variable as well. It should be set to BYLAYER
Thx Roy, but it is set to BYLAYER, I don't know why that issue on ALL the drawings. Does it come from acad or nXt. I believe acad... but...
@ Marc Chaumier.-Right click on the block and choose edit block. This allows you access to the block components. Then use the remove material button and save the changes to the block. This should automatically update all other similar blocks and correct material assignment and display.

@ Roy.-At times this does not work if the block is inside an X-Ref file, yet renders well using autocads' naive render command.
Thx Akin, I forget always that tool... I came to acad with the release 13, and my mind is a little bit stiff...
Came in with 14, but always checking the what new section to keep me updated.

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
