I had this error on the previous build (downloaded it when it was posted but just got round to putting it on the older machine the day before 227 was posted), and was hoping 227 would correct it but it didn't. I get the error message with ACAD 2008. With ACAD 2009 there's no error message, but it still stalls during the "preparing rendering" stage.
I get the same error message when trying to render a simple sphere. I also get the error message and nonfunctionality when attempting to create a new material. So pretty much the only thing I can do with the program on this system without getting this problem is load the walkabout window.
Uninstalled 227 and went back to 217. Everything seems to be working, including the thumbnails (I forgot to mention that I wasn't having any problem with Explorer thumbnails with 217 on either of my test systems).
Yes. 17.1 (2008) and 17.2 (2009). 2009 has this weird problem where XREFs appear to load and display in walkabout, but not in the render. 2008 seems to be the last version that runs well with AR on the old system.
Wonder where the time come from to do this much detail, unless more than a pair of hands are working on the model. Me I use maps with alpha channels and keep away from close shots like this one or else I will never finish any work, now with the snail of a system am using anyway.
Gentlemen,The last file I used to load, was ArAcad_24_64.arx, and, unfortunately, it doesn't work with Acad 2025.Any idea how to get the proper nXt-App which suits Acad 2025?Any help appreciated...Regards, Maciej MarkowskiSee More
Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
Good day everyone.Does anyone here know how to create light streaks in ACCURENDER studio or in nxt render ? Please share your knowledge with me. Light streaks for interior ceilings in the p.o.p works and under, a t.v console. See More
I created this replication of one of Peter Milner's renders, not with AI but with sketchup (with the matchnewphoto tool), autocad and nxtrender.Critics and comments are welcome.
