AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Once more I am in need of some expert advice here. I previously had an older version (maybe 3-4 months old) of the render farm on 2 computers. Everything was working fine. I turned off both render farms and had updated to .250 version. Ever since then I have only been able to get one node to render at a time. If I turn one node off the other works just fine, and vice versa, but I'm unable to get both to render at the same time. As far as I know the unlicensed version still supports 2 nodes isn't that correct? Both machines have read/write access at all times to the folder since they both can alternate which one does the rendering. I'm hoping I am missing something stupid since the upgrade and this is a quick fix. Anything you guys can do to help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Odd followup if this helps, but I was doing one render of an animation with about 5 frames and then needed to do about a 90 frame set. The 5 frame set was only done by one PC, when I submitted the 2nd job to the farm with the 90 frames it kicked on the 2nd PC that at that point happened to be waiting idle. Is there a limit to the number of frames in an animation before it splits to multiple nodes? If so is there a way to force that? I have to wait and see til after the first job finishes here in a couple hours to see if the first computer picks up on the 90 frame job so that both are running together.... Either way I know that both are capable its just something limiting them both working on that first job together, and that's what I am wondering if I am missing something on.
Yep.  It does a bunch of frames on each computer.  I don't remember the exact number but it's something like 10 or 20 (I'm travelling now so I can't check.)  Nope-- it can't be set.
Ok thanks!

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
