Why can not the green located the masking affect the color of solid with textured maps

I  can not  make  hte  solid  being  green  ?

Is   the   settings   being  true ?

Now   the  color  of  solid  being   the  red  arrow   point  to  ,I   can  not  make  the   solid  color   being   green!

Just click on the color (purple square you are pointing at) and change it. Color in the previous screenshot (in your case green) is used only for masking, not for material color

I'm not sure what you're trying to to.  Try to explain what you'd like the material to look like.  What should the small circular portions of the map look like and what should the gray area of the map look like.  Attach the material here as well.
