AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Am using the hybrid engine 4, which I believe have indirect lighting on by default. Well how come beneath the canopy is poorly illuminated after 80 passes. Will the situation improve or should I quid and go another route?

17 passes with standard engine and indirect turned on.

The real question is, when are they going to unlock the doors so all those people can go inside? ;)

Doors are open some are either going in and others stepping out. It is meant to be a multi-purpose hall for social functions while the upper floors are hotel suites to serve as an expansion to the existing one, on right.

Something strange is definitely going on with the sky light. Are you using HDRI for lighting the scene? Have you just switched rendering engines without changing anything else on both pictures?

O.T. now. That huge canopy Akin, how it is supported in order to stay horizontally projected so far from the building? I would expected some metallic columns on the front and (or) some suspension cables above it.

Nice design BTW.

HDRi sky is used in the first shot, but tone down in the second as both sun light and sky are on different channels.

The canopy columns support it but far in, and it also going to be a light weight material no concrete.

Yep, but strong wind can grab it easily then.

Will put that into consideration. Thanks!

Another shot with tone down sky but hybrid engine.

Use the default Sun and Sky without making any changes-- get rid of the HDRI.  Hybrid engine.

Will give it a shot.

Agreed absolutely with Roy.

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
