AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Hi guys, a friend of mine is working with animations, and he use animated RPC in ar3 and ar4 with no problem. Are animated RPC  supported in Nxt? Did they work as in ar3 - ar4? Is there somo know issue  with animated RPC?. Any help will be trully apreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Alejandro

Am not sure about it working in AR3/4. In CoMotion maybe, but even then it wasn't RPC, a decal with alpha maps asigned to it to display one at a time, while moving along a path to give the impression of continuous motion ie a walking figure.
Lord of anti-light Daniel also had it on the list for CoMotion Nxt.

This I believe was done by mike Makki, with AR4, how beats me you have to ask him.

The moving fountain I believe is RPC.

Watch out for the tank water in the background.
Tank water?
Yes n the left side in the oval shaped recess while the other round ones are hollow through to the other side, of the white background wall.
I just ran a quick test using a sample scene (that worked fine in ar3/4) and didn't get any motion from the RPC.
I doubt if it's implemented.  It wouldn't be too hard to do for the non-Comotion stuff.
So how and when is this possible to get the RPC to gig?

I have no idea what you're asking.

You won't be able to do moving people BTW-- just things like fountains.

can you move a moving rpc using splines and keyframes in comotion?? Haven't tried, just curious
I don't think he got that far.

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
