Polymer just like sto render tends to crack after a periode of time.

if the Bre-solar is cosmatic -just be aware of wind up lift since its hanging by sides posts.

you can add noise file to external wall finish . nice render

Glass isn't a solar shield. It's aimed to provide (mostly) "psychological" rain protection to the "exposed" doors (and optical "substitute" to small balconies below).

Walls in reality are covered externally with thermal insulation. Its finish layer of polymer render system of about 0.5cm is really smooth and clean, with just small amount of bump, barely visible in this resolution and distance.

The truth is that this "surgical clearness" of the walls bothers me too (in rendering and in real life). Maybe I should try to add some dirt or rumble. But that will happen most probably in next life, as my customer is really happy with that as it is now :)

I have failed to see the point of glass Bre Solar to provide shades for balconies

that just my opinion.

walls are too smooth for external walls.......just saying
