Hello George, I M looking a way, to do a quick render. I M only rendering the Autocad frame that contain the house structure, and some times the floor, then I complete the image with PS.

So the dirt, the grass, the cracked sidewalk, and the background, was doing with PS.

Probaly I need to work harder, You is right when pointed that the background do not match, I did another image, without the blurred houses and got a better effect.

I will follow your sugestion about the engine, when finished I will add the image.

Blurred background does not match the scale of rendering and its perspective as well I think. Also it shouldn't be so blurred in real photo condition. For such type of scene I would use definitely the path engine (not the hybrid one).

I really like the "dirty" material effect you did on top of vertical surfaces (walls). Was it done in PS (looks like this to me) or is it nXt material with some layered dirt overlay?
