The leaves of tree being grey at 300 or more passes by using pace tracer!

Why  making  such  a   phenomenon  of   grey   by  using  pace  tracer  at   a    certain  passes ?

Being  such  phenonmenons!

Foliage tab.
Thanks!  I find it !
But  I  could not  find the  obviously  changing  of  Highlight  of  the  leaves   by 0-1.

Make the Highlight 0.0.  This has nothing to do with the number of passes.  The Path Tracer treats certain types of reflection differently than the Packet Tracer.

Does the problem go away when you set the highlight to 0.0.

No  changings .also  turn down  the  Hightlight of  the  leaves  with  the  tree  editor by 0.0  .Being  grey  more  than  as  before  by  pace  tracer!

.And  I  find   the  speed  of  pace  tracer  of   the  build  271 being  slow  obviously!

up load  the  file  of   turning down  the  Hightlight  of  leaves  by  tree  editor  to  0.0

The Translucency is set quite high for this leaf-- 0.50.  I reduced it to 0.10 and got a much more saturated result.  Here's what the Plant Editor screen looks like close up.

"Found 'Textured Mesh Support' only works with obj and 3ds Files which do not contain PBR Maps. To 'obj' converted newer 3ds do not render in nXt :-("

OBJ Plant Issue - Diffuse Maps

Hi to anyone;maybe a similar issue as Mr.Holz announced recently, (PBR Texture question):-added a obj. plant via 'Textured Mesh Objects' widget-reassigned maps (materials showed up, but with no maps attached, (although mtl. files are  in the same folder as corresponding maps and obj files)-tried to render (see 'result')So my question is: Does anybody knew about how to handle Diffuse Maps in nXt, i suspect there is no interpretation of the UV-Coordinates?Any hints and help kindly appreciated!…See More

"Thanks for your kind words. Yes, all plants are generated with nxt plant-editor. I have used leaves from Marc Chaumier's plant library. (Download/ Content + Entourage)"

"Sorry, do not exactly how to do it right. If i sent you one or  sets, could you "compose" one material as an example? Maybe this is interesting for others too.."
