I found a fix to the problem. This drawing had 3d solids exported from Revit and 3d blocks imported from Autocad 2012 which were from a previous Nxt rendering. Opening the materials browser in Autocad 2013 and deleting the Accurender:white material then purging the drawing resolved the issue.
I will check out your drawing when I get a chance. This is likely a known issue which has to do with AutoCAD versioning. It may be important to have nXt loaded when passing nXt data around.
