Auto-minimize in Windows 8 and AutoCAD

I ran into a problem where when I wiggled another Windows App (File Manager) in Windows 8, AutoCAD minimized my current drawing and/or minimized AutoCAD itself.

In searching the Internet I discovered a setting in Windows which is supposed to minimize your programs when you share a Windows tablet - (I have a desktop) - and apparently does the same when you move windows around.

Has anyone ever had this same problem before?

Here are some comments from another forum:

"There's this feature in Windows 7 that makes all windows minimize when you drag one around. I am not sure what triggers it, as it feels like it just happens from time to time. Is there any way to disable this feature all together?"

"It's the Window Shake. If you move a window side to side, it minimizes all the other Windows."

I just tried this again on another Windows 8 machine - Wow ! - when you wiggle around a window other windows start minimizing.
