Using the same build but no problem, so state step by step what you are doing and why you are not getting result.
1 edit a material from red colour to blue and rendered  it changes to blue, and am not satisfy with that blue and change it to red and rendered it but refuse to change to red. re assign different colour still blue.if i edit another material and rendered it it will now change to red.that is the scenario.

use the remove material button in Nxt UI under the material panel to remove materials attched to the objects (which over rides your layer material assignment) which I believe is why the materials are not updating.

This is likely a different problem.  I'll have it fixed soon.  In the meantime, you may need to force a drawing reload when editing materials.  Delete an object and oops it-- for example.

Accustudio

I know this is hard to believe, but Accustudio is over 20 years old. It has been quiet for a couple of years now at the site. I'm looking to hand it off to the next generation. Is there anyone interested in working on the site and eventually taking over the ownership of it?See More

Peter Milner replied to Peter Milner's discussion AR Studio texture editing
"Okay. Another question on textures: In nXt you can layer different textures and bump maps to create a more complex material. For example, the Oak veneer material (image attached) uses two bump maps: one for the grain and one for the flecks. In…"
