The current build is 235-- you can always look in the What's New section under support.
What you're seeing are discussion titles. If someone responds to a Build 234 or Build 120 or anything it pops to the top of the list. If you hit View All discussions or just hit the Support button you'll see the "Featured" discussions listed first. The current build notification should be featured.
