AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Good morning, Roy,
A question, please
Added Combine Path Tracings… option to the Image Editor. (See Image→Arithmetic.) This powerful feature allows path tracings of the same scene and resolution to be combined into a single image. This single image will contain the sum of the number of passes of all the images. For example, a 500 pass image can be combined with a 250 pass image to produce a 750 pass image. Path Tracer only.

This may be obvious , or not.  Combining a 300 pass .nxtimage with a 500 pass .nxtimage to achive an 800 .nxtimage and then combining the 800 pass with the 500 pass to achive a 1300 pass, etc, etc.  Can this be done over and over and realize the same results of a single pass of the total combined passes.  Just wondering.

the easiest wouldb to try it, would it not?

Yes-provided each is from an independent run.  In other words, you've started over to generate each image.

I Understand Roy.  Any of the two images cannot be a previous combination.  Thanks.

For Ros.

A five minute answer from Roy is a lot more productive then a two or three days of test renderings.

Have o good day.

Rich

Also keep in mind that the feature in the Image Editor does allow you to select multiple images to combine with your source image. (You aren't limited to two at a time.)

That was going to be my next question for tomorrow.  Thanks

Rich

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
