Dont Shadow

The dont shadow(object properties, illuminate panal) does not work as objects still cast shadow when checked.

There is no illuminate panel.  The Luminaire properties are only supposed to work if the object is enclosed inside an nXt "luminaire" (a block with one or more light sources.)  It's certainly possible these aren't working for the Path Tracer-- I haven't looked at them for a long time.

Good now that is clear, but should I want to make an object not to cast shadow, how do I do that.

is it still true, that one cannot force objects not to cast shadows in nXt?

it was so easy and helpfull in AR4...

Roy/ All,Currently use AR5 with AutoCad Architecture 2017. Have, and typically use ACAD 2022, but AR5 doesn't load, so I revert back to 2017 when it's time to use AR5).Long time user...had to create new profile due to Architecture firm closing (boss retired). Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this.
