Evaluation version resolution

I am new to nXt, I had used Accurender for several years not much recently though. My first try is attached, I let it go 3 minutes about 140 passes.  I set the resolution to 3000x1600 pixels.  I am getting jagged lines for the tops of my buildings.  Is this a function of the evaluation version or something else.

Still learning texture application, I also attached the "finished" version.  I have spent most of my time modeling and learning the new texture application technique.

The evaluation version is limited to 200k pixels.  The jagged lines on the building tops should improve with increased resolution, available when you purchase a license.
