You'll need to send the model-- I'm not sure what's causing the artifact.

Roy Hirshkowitz, model file has been sent, please check, hope , thank you !

The artifact is caused by a linear light source mounted under the sink cabinet.  There really isn't anything wrong here-- this is a difficult lighting situation to simulate.  The standard engine will take a long time to resolve these sorts of lights, and it's much worse if the surface being illuminated, the floor in your case, is specular or glossy.  You can make it go a little faster if you change the shader on the floor material to "Glossy" in the material editor.  You will lose some detail in the floor by doing this and it will still take a long time to resolve.  A better solution, in my opinion, is to use the Hybrid engine.  Here's what this engine looks like after 7 minutes or so:

By contrast-- here's the Standard engine after 21 minutes with the floor tagged as glossy:

Roy Hirshkowitz, thank you for your reply .There is a personal recommendation to the material color can not get hold of the color picker , so convenient to the material after giving accurate color ?

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."
