Oops-- looks like that's not working (control should not be grayed out.) I'll get if fixed today or tomorrow.

Are Panorama resolution controlled by something other than "render settings" ?
If so is there a work around until it get fixed?

Panoramic projections are WalkAbout only-- the resolution is set in WalkAbout. The Width control changes it-- the height is always 1/2 the width.
I just played around with this a little bit-- the resolution control is only grayed out under certain circumstances. If it is grayed out, you can use the following workaround:
- Change the Projection to from Panorama to Perspective
- Change the Resolution to Viewport
- Change the Projection back to Panorama
The control should now be active. I'm going to hold off on the fix since this workaround is pretty easy and the control is usually active anyway.
