AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Just lost another eight hours rendering. Roy(on bended knee), could the next build of Nxt have the autosave directly link to the named view of the walk about window?

If the named view in walkabout is, "view one" then Nxt automatically create the file and continues save with that name. Should another view be generated and the render button hit, then another file is created corresponding to that named view.

For any reason the rendering is stopped and restart again, then Nxt should prompt if the file is to over written or another is create and labeled 002 of the previous one.

Could AutoSave be link with the name views in the walkabout window, as I just lost hours of work again as I forgot to rename in the AutoSave  column in UI.

Can you not use the Autosave function already in nXt?

Alternately, you could use the Farm or Batch render.  Unless, of course, you are just rendering the standard AutoCAD viewport, then none of these suggestions will work.

I us

I use the AutoSave feature in Nxt, only should you forget to save a new name for another rendering it over writes the pervious one, thereby losing hours of work. I believe it either should auto-number the renders like AR4 and before or take the name from View in WalkAbout window.

Yes, you are correct and I agree. Seems like we lost a lot of functions from AR4.

Giving Batch Rendering a go now.

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
