AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Gentlemen,

Any idea how to change mapping coordinates to one specified wall style or to wall component?

Default mapping is wall bottom based. All I'm trying to do is to move 0,0,0 point slightly higher to match rustication lines and the assigned bitmap.

Otherwise, the only way I achieve it is assigning material to the object, not to the wall component. Which means all walls are to be exploded.  Furthermore, one can not modify them later on, so I am not happy to proceed this...

See attached image, any help appreciated.

Regards,

Maciej

I'm not sure if this will work as I haven't tried it.

In the Style Manager->Multi-Purpose Objects->Material Definitions->{your material}->Display Properties

Click on Edit Property Display

On the Other tab, set the Mapping: to 'Same as Surface Hatch"

Go back to the Hatching Tab in the same Display Properties box and set the Surface Hatch origin to meet your offset.

If that is unclear, I will make screen grabs for you and post them.

Garret,

It works perfectly!  :)

Should we meet one day, I owe you a drink...

See attached image.

Excellent! And it looks great too!

I'll definitely take you up on the drink offer.
