What happens?

Hi all, I have this problem: I need to render orthographic views from ACAd, but if I use path trace something strange happens. Could it be due to the material assigned? Any idea? Thanks

Hola Alejandro! Ya te adjunto el archivo. En realidad, descubri que el error es debido a un mapa de desplazamiento, pero igual no deberia dar problemas. A ver si en tu maquina se porta igual. Gracias.

Use of orthographic projections may cause precision problems.  It's difficult to predict when these will show up, but displacement maps are a good bet for triggering these.

Miguel, en mi opinion no es necesario el empleo de desplazamientos en vistas ortogonales. Es muy poca la diferencia generada por las sombras, usa solamente mapas normales, estos te daranmejores resultados con la iluminacion. Saludos

Hola amigo! Gracias, al final resulto barbaro sin problemas. Le saque el desplazamiento al material y todo anda perfecto. Saludos

I suggest not using orthographic views.  If you must, though, avoiding displacements is probably a good idea.

Thanks Roy. Yes, when possible I always use perspective view, but here I am obliged to use them, otherwise I should colourize drawings, spending much more time.
