On their own the objects with decals render, when inserted as x-ref the decals not render is there a walk-around to this?

Put together an example that I can look at.

Problem suddenly go away when I closed and restarted AutoCad, X-ref now renders with decal. Thank you.

Problem back and it has to do with instancing. When I have only one of the x-ref  it renders fine as soon as I copy the X-ref (in this case 8) the decal stop rendering.

Here is the autocad file with four copied x-ref file at this point it will render. Add one more and the decal stops rendering.

Either as blocks or x-ref 1 to four blocks render's well five and beyond the decals do not render.

I looked at something similar not too long ago for Peter.  See if it works with the Path Tracer.

nice atm :)

Thanks. they are from accustudio.

4 atm's or less renders with decal more than 4 atm's renders not.

If you want me to take a look at it you either need to bind the xrefs or include the file.

As a temporary workaround you can create two or more different blocks or xrefs from the same file.  Keep the number of each under 5 to avoid instancing kicking in.

Questions for nxt render for autocad

Good day everyone,Can anyone here help me with these issues i keep having with nxt render for autocad ?1. How do you bring in textured models into autocad ( 3ds and obj) without losing their textures or having to re-assign them.2. How do you move these objects from place to place without experiencing viewport refresh sluggishness in the autocad viewport ?3. How do you add dirt to fabric textures for rendering.4. How do you avoid repeat patterns in textures for rendering ?See More
