AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

What is the process for changing the colour of standard bricks?  I need a deep red colour, but everything comes out as pink when I render the drawing.

Yep-- pink.  What material are you using?  Is it a legacy (ar4 or ar3) material?

I am using Accurender NXT Material: Brick Red- Non-uniform-_8i Running

Try to attach a copy of the .ArMaterial file here-- use the Upload Files link on the bottom of the reply area.  It's possible you may have to zip up the file first.

Never mind-- I've got a copy here.

This one is just a standard tile pattern, pretty easy to edit.

To edit the copy in your drawing, bring it up in the editor.  In the Material Tree section, select the "Base" branch.  Click on the color swatch to get the full color picker.  If you want to keep this material for other drawings, save it out to a file somewhere.

Attached is a material file which I've edited to make the color darker.

Thank you.  You can see in the attached picture that the colour is much improved.  Not bad for a few minutes.

Questions for nxt render for autocad

Good day everyone,Can anyone here help me with these issues i keep having with nxt render for autocad ?1. How do you bring in textured models into autocad ( 3ds and obj) without losing their textures or having to re-assign them.2. How do you move these objects from place to place without experiencing viewport refresh sluggishness in the autocad viewport ?3. How do you add dirt to fabric textures for rendering.4.
