Path Tracer and the noise (especially in interiors)

Path Tracer reaches a point where it almost does not clean the image noise (especially in interiors).
It takes a lot of passes and much processor time to calculate the image is clean. This I believe is a problem especially in large file size and quality of
textures, where the rendering time can be very long ....
I am in favor of tracer Path Tracer engine, but indoors is at a disadvantage with the engine's normal nxt
. Sugestions??

Yes-- the standard engine is quite a bit faster for most models-- particularly daylit interiors such as your example. The file size and texture complexity won't affect it too much.

How long did this one take? If you're willing to send the model I can take a run at it.
This render took 15 hours, with a quad core intel 64bit 12 gbram Windows7, too much to have a lot of noise results. Obviously the file size is quite large and it is understandable that it took so long.

The file size is too large to send, as it has embedded textures to move on several computers for their work.

However, for practical reasons, my choice for interior will be the normal engine, but I have preference for tracer Path finishes.

I will upload more photos later.

Thanks Roy ...
Seems a little slow to me. If you're willing to share, the file can be uploaded using "Upload a File" on the Support menu.

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."

CAN WE GET PETER MILNER TO TRAIN SOME OF US FOR A TOKEN ?

Good day, forum members,I was thinking that we could each, if interested, contribute a significant token to give Peter Milner and David to train us virtually in nxt render for Autocad. Am not sure he still uses it but the experience he has spanning over 20 years cannot be underestimated. I wish the forum co-ordinators could look into this. So that more of us will produce realistic renders with the paid version of nxt render and we will be able to encourage other users of other more advanced…See More
