Problem with Nxt image

Hi guys, I ran this image for  24 hours,  saving each image every twenty passes in nxt format.  at 500 passes I stop the render and save this last image.  Something really strange happens,  the sky dissapear. part of the ceiling dissapear, I never ran in this kind of problem.  I save this image as a jpg when it was in 220 passes. I am attaching both images. Really strange and annoying after 24 hours

check the usual suspects first-- distance from the origin and units.  Otherwise it's some sort of bug (and one that may be very difficult to find.)  You can do a second run of 200 passes and combine it with the first run as a temporary workaround.

Hi Roy, I already check units,  distance from origin. unfortunately  I save the nxt file over the old one.  I can  send to my client the image with 220 passes  but I want to know what´s going on, if this is an autocad problem, a nxt problem or a hardware problem. Let me know if sending the nxt file help to understand  where is the  bug.

You can try uploading the drawing and I'll take a look for anything obvious.
