Looks very nice.  A little photoshop work is not unusual.

Here is the final render, I still have to use a little photoshop for reducing noise. Looks okay, right.

157 passes is definitely not enough.

I would recommend the hybrid engine for this.  If you must use the standard engine, change the floor and leather materials to a "glossy" shader.
