It's not a bad effort, really. This one may benefit from a little indirect lighting under the eaves. Use either the Path Tracer (preferred) or set Indirect to Exterior. Both are found on the Lighting->Advanced tab.

I would get rid of the RPC people, they distract from the architecture. Not sure I want the car in there either.

I understand why people are used in rendering-- I personally don't like them except in rare circumstances.  Probably 90% of architectural photographs for magazines are taken without people present.

personally, I prefer peopleless renderings too.

Magazines present only small part of the spectrum of uses of renderings - you do them mostly for clients or for marketing purposes... people, shrubbery and nice white clouds floating over bright blue sky are required there. Do not make me comment what do I think of it, but I have to do it anyway...

Am in preference for AR4 (10)

"nXtRender doesn't use the AO texture image settings for anything, so don't bother trying to use that. I would start use the Diffuse textures at 100% and experiment with the levels of the Specular Reflection. You might need to toggle the…"
