AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

I currently use accurender nxt for AutoCAD but am looking now to get Bricscad. I see there is a nxt render for bricscad. Does anyone know how it compares to accurender Nxt as far as interface and quality of image?

We had it working with the V15 version of BricsCAD, but we didn't get much interest and I don't believe we received any feedback from anyone who had tried it.

We haven't looked at it in a while, and we haven't ported it to v16 of BricsCAD yet.

I tried to load it myself to see what the interface looked like. I thought it was the same as the AutoCAD interface, but my BricsCAD developer's license had expired, so I couldn't even run BricsCAD. I will have to see if I can get that renewed.

Thanks for the reply. I'd be interested if you got it going again.

Unfortunately, we don't have a version that works with BricsCAD now, and that older trial version cannot be reinstated.

Wird es denn für Bricscad 20 eine Version von Accurender nxt geben???

Ich würde da sofort eine Lizenz nehmen.

No, we still haven't written an interface for Bricscad 20.

"The wooden texture of the TV-Console looks quite decent. The Wallpaper on the left has an interesting structure, maybe it would look even better, if you make the texture seamless + applying a little bit of depth, e. g. with highpass - filter in PS?"

"Found 'Textured Mesh Support' only works with obj and 3ds Files which do not contain PBR Maps. To 'obj' converted newer 3ds do not render in nXt :-("

OBJ Plant Issue - Diffuse Maps

Hi to anyone;maybe a similar issue as Mr.Holz announced recently, (PBR Texture question):-added a obj. plant via 'Textured Mesh Objects' widget-reassigned maps (materials showed up, but with no maps attached, (although mtl. files are  in the same folder as corresponding maps and obj files)-tried to render (see 'result')So my question is: Does anybody knew about how to handle Diffuse Maps in nXt, i suspect there is no interpretation of the UV-Coordinates?Any hints and help kindly appreciated!…See More
