AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

good morning to all
I have a problem: I have to do the render of a rose (see picture) only that the mosaic is placed in a radial manner, and not square (like all ceramic materials present in the library nxt)

has anyone had the same problem? how can I solve it?

also attach a photo of similar du rose window in which you notice the radial arrangement of the elements ceramics (I did a little sketch of how they might be willing)

You can model each piece, I think is the easiest way to do it.  Hope this help

I think eventually I will make a solid that has a radial arrangement of cubes, and put the texture

a circle of two meters will have  a few thousand of cubes (3x3 cm) with different colors attached to them (like real mosaic). Hard to do. I would go for the solution Peter proposed. Only problem is that you have to find a picture of mosaic that is made in a circular way. Using the "warp" command in photoshop you can get something like this. Not exactly perfect but maybe it's a start.

the material it is made of is this (see attached image). I should not have an effect like your picture (with colors so different from each other), but as the pictures I've attached.
In practice it is many cubes of the same color, just change the layout, placed in a radial

as you see in the image, the gray part in the famous ceramic material must be radial, with the texture that gave me the manufacturer of stone

.

Create a procedural map with the picture .

how do you? I've never done this before

do not charge nothing

you still need to apply the amount of glossiness and other parameters like that.

you can use a decal too.

Or create the mosaic in another program such as Photoshop and then apply it as a decal to the floor.

OBJ Plant Issue - Diffuse Maps

Hi to anyone;maybe a similar issue as Mr.Holz announced recently, (PBR Texture question):-added a obj. plant via 'Textured Mesh Objects' widget-reassigned maps (materials showed up, but with no maps attached, (although mtl. files are  in the same folder as corresponding maps and obj files)-tried to render (see 'result')So my question is: Does anybody knew about how to handle Diffuse Maps in nXt, i suspect there is no interpretation of the UV-Coordinates?Any hints and help kindly appreciated!…See More

"Thanks for your kind words. Yes, all plants are generated with nxt plant-editor. I have used leaves from Marc Chaumier's plant library. (Download/ Content + Entourage)"
