AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

hi guys i am using autocad 2012 with nxt and when i open a autocad 3d file that i constructed , i found out that almost 50 % of the elements in the 3d is gone.

it happen to me twice for different 3d and am pretty scared it will happen again . just hope to know the source of the problem.

and for many time when i open some other 3d files it prompted there is a error with the below msg. asking me to recover the dwg.

AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.opendcl Unknown command "OPENDCL"

attached is the link to this file. https://rcpt.yousendit.com/1412910772/e2dd17cb115750617f4dfebf0631908f

i never have this problem when using older version of autocad and acuurender 3 or 4.

anyone has any idea what going on? hopefully it is not related to nxt

This is unlikely to be related to nXt.

Also-- the OPENDCL command error is probably not related to the drawing corruption issue either.  I don't use OPENDCL, but CoMotion does and could be issuing the command expecting to find it if it's loading via a menu.  If it is CoMotion, it's unlikely to be causing any problems-- it just won't work until you load the opendcl arx.

I'd suspect another 3rd party software-- most likely modeling software.  Do you use anything like this?

hi roy thank for ur reply. i only use autocad to model my 3d.

Some 3rd party software is still attempting to load opendcl.  Is it comotion?

think i know what is it. it may be RPC . so is this attemp to load this plugin cauisng the lost of my 3d ?

Don't think so, I use RPC's a lot and never with your kind of problem.

No, the attempt to load the plugin is unlikely to be causing the problem.

It isn't RPC.  As far as I know, they do not use opendcl.
