AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Will the same autocad license work for Revit or I need another one?

Where is the beginners documentation?

Do you want to use nXt on both AutoCAD and Revit, or are you switching to Revit?

If you want to switch, we will convert you license if it was purchased in the past 12 months.

If you want to use both, you can purchase our "Multi-Platform" license which is good on AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

The cost to upgrade to multi-platform is $200.00 if you purchase your license within the past 12 months, or $440.00 if you license is more than 1 year old.

In either case, we suggest you try to Revit version of nXt first. The rendering engine is exactly the same, but the capabilities and user interface are limited because it is so much harder to work within Revit.

When you install it you will get a 30-day free trial.

There is documentation on how ti use it here:

http://www.renderplus.com/wp2/wk/Getting_Started_with_nXt_for_Revit...

Too early to do a switch. So will go for the 30 days first. There is no option for 2016, which is what I have. What should I do?

We are working on the Revit 2016 version. But it is not ready for use yet.

Sorry,

Al

Will wait mean will use revit 12 that is in the office.

This is where I got stuck.

Any hope on this?

So you are using Revit 2012 right? 64 bit?

And you cannot render anything without getting this error message?

Yes except it is 32 bits.

Any fix on this?

Sorry, did not get to it today.

I wanted to test it on a 32 bit machine, but haven't been able to do so yet.

I suspect that the problem may be a permissions problem, writing that file to your user folder, but I'd like to see if I can duplicate it here.

Works well with Revit 2015 64 bits
