advanced rendering for AutoCAD
Transparent RPC
I know there is a way to do this in 3Ds Max but is there a way to make my RPC's semi-transparent? I emailed ArchVision and they didn't know how to do it.

Not that I'm aware of. You may be able to do it in Piranesi or Photoshop. You may be able to create your own cutouts by rendering just an RPC in isolation.

Tell us your case, and we can find a solution. You can make a render with RPC, and one without. And in Pshop you can set the transparency (you put those with RPC on those without RPC, and you give a little transparency to the layer with RPC). Because to make an opacity bitmap for the RPC, with the kind of transparency you want, can take a lot of time and trials. But perhaps someone know another way to do it.
