I currently used is evaluation version,. NXtImage does rendering preservation, choose corresponding format? If so, I use evaluation version without the format, or that I was wrong, please comment, thank you.

Yes, the evaluation version supports the .nXtImage format.

In order to save to .nXtImage, the rendering must be paused.  Use the pause button to temporarily stop the rendering, then select Save and .nXtImage from the list.
