advanced rendering for AutoCAD

The RPC's are causing light leaks, why? Behind the building on the left, also  down the road in front on the right. This time around the leak is via a Nxt tree.

Not sure.  Check all of the usual culprits first.  Distance from origin, units, etc.. Send the model if you can't figure it out.
Checked all and they seems ok so I have uploaded to you.
When you get a chance, can you rerun the model in 277 and let me know if the problem has gone away.

Even with the latest build leaks still occurs and are caused by RPC  but not all.

increase in reflective and refractive bounces do not solve the problem.

Hi Akin, sometimes I use RPC plants and I find that this happens with some RPC, but not with all of them. Try with another one an see what happen. Just guessing.

I am aware of that too as the other two oak trees behind are RPC's too. 

Try it with the Path Tracer (if you haven't already) and see if you get the same artifact.

With path trace leak problem solved but with the can I say bad RPC's halo still shows.

Check with the other (Packet Tracer) engine now and see if you get alpha channel in the transparent part of the object.  Use the Show Alpha Channel right click.
