AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Mostly more work on e4.  There were some reports of trace instability with the previous build.  Let me know if this build seems stable.

The same model, same as the viewport, the same settings. First Photo background of white spots (0304 E4,)
Photo background of black spots (0305 E4,)

If you have something consistent-- send it.

Can you send this model-- use the Support->Upload option if you can't attach it to a discussion.

I'm getting crashes over 95% of the time on different models and with models with no materials using 305. Switching back to 304 solves the crashing on the same models.

Do you have anything crashing consistently (or close to consistently)?

I've tried a dozen or so models. They all have crashed more often than not. I can send any of them if you want to take a peek. Try this one on for size.

No problems here-- just opened the thing and rendered.  Any suggestions?  Looks really nice, BTW.

Thx.

Okay, I just re-installed 305 and I can't get a crash on any of the models. Wow, that is odd. Sry for the false alarm.

No worries, just keep an eye out for any weirdness.  With e4 and reflective caustics disabled by default, drawings like this converge very quickly.  30 seconds on my machine:

Attachment is too big-- you'll need to use the Support->Upload option.
