hi guys wish to ask as per attached i apply the material timber to the model layer but no matter how i render it always render as the model layer colour instead ?
can help ?

hi guys tried to apply all my model with red colour material . when rendered funny some of the members still remains white, especially the screen which i apply timber but still white.
Use the Remove Material from Object button on the material palette and select the offending object(s). We sometimes see, particularly with older models or models created with 3rd party software, objects or subobjects which have material assignments listed as Global instead of ByLayer. This should clear up the problem (let me know.)
Also check the system variable "_CMATERIAL" and make sure it is set to ByLayer. This variable determines the default assignment of newly created objects.

I created this replication of one of Peter Milner's renders, not with AI but with sketchup (with the matchnewphoto tool), autocad and nxtrender.Critics and comments are welcome.
Good day everyone.I have been working for sometime on a V.R panorama project. Its a personal project. I used sketchup to model and imported it into arstudio and rendered 6 panorama views at 3k pixel.Check it out here…See More
