Problem with download and Norton
A client writes: "Norton doesn't like something in the download... "
- Has anyone else run into problems with Norton not liking the .exe from our download?

Yes. Even older downloads get deleted when Norton finds them during routine background scan.

I was able to add the download file names to a list in Norton Internet Security to tell it to ignore them when checking downloads. Apparently, most Norton programs will allow you to manually add "safe" download filenames to a list.
