advanced rendering for AutoCAD
How to change the sun colour to very yellow (or red, orange..) and sky to very blue, concurrently? Using "blue" HDRI makes the whole scene blue, even the sun-reflecting white stucco areas, which should be yellow. In turn, "yellow" HDRI-sky makes the Scene predominantly yellow, even deep shadow areas...
Using specific evening time doesn't solve the problem, sunlight is not red enough...
Any ideas, gentlemen?

You can't. It's something I might consider going forward.
oK, so please consider this issue in your wish list.. As far as I remember, there was such a possibility in Ar3, Ar4, wasn't it?
What's your tip to make red sunset view? Is it possible using nXt?
Not easily. A good, well calibrated, sunset hdr would do it.
roy yes you can....set the time to 7:47 morning ...move the slider until you get the yellow sun sky....:)
The sky dome portion does certainly change color. I don't believe the direct sunlight component does-- I think it stays white. The overall effect is to tint the light, of course, since the direct sun contribution is proportionally much smaller at sunrise/sunset.
Roy is right. Furthermore, the shadows are pretty long at 7:47, even in summer... :-)
Photoshop. Difficult to achieve with any renderer and probably more user control over automatic sky than I'm willing to offer.
Roy,
Maybe just a directional light? Not a spotlight, but similar... Just like in Ar3 or Ar4. Forget the sun. HDRI will do fine, lighting settings set to custom - turn the sun off, lights (directional) on, sky (hdri) also on - this should work, shouldn't it?
Lots of things would work. No directional lights.
