advanced rendering for AutoCAD
nXt and Accellicad
I bought a license of Accelicad. It is a native dwg cad program that uses the Intellicad platform. While browsing through its menus I came across a window that references Accurender.
My question is, can I run Accurender nXt in Accelicad?

It just can see material definitions added to drawing by Accurender I think. As long as IntelliCAD (and all those XXXXCAD) can't execute arx files I think nXt cannot be used in it. Roy could give more info on that. I remember there was a mention about development or just thoughts about nXt version for IntelliCAD, but since then - nothing new.

Definitely not with nXt. I don't remember how much legacy accurender stuff is in there-- it may just be material attachment.
I am actively working on a stand-alone version of nXt which I should be able to hook up to intellicad pretty easily (I think.)

Roy, when do you think you will have the stand-alone version of nXt?

No clue-- I have a prototype running that I may allow people to play with soon and give me feedback on the design. It isn't very useful yet, though.
