It might be fun to test with e4 if you have a chance.

I agree with the 2 point perspective, however I don't intend to re-run this one as it took 75 hours and 4955 passes on a 12 core/24 thread machine.

The biggest problem was with the lights behind the glass which even now is still a bit speckly.

A Two Point Perspective Projection.

A two point perspective project I believe would help here.

This one isn't necessarily the one you want to use as a template.  It has a lot of lights and some of them are quite small.  It will have performance and artifact (firefly) problems, particularly if glossy surfaces are used.  Really nice rendering, BTW.  The white surfaces are perhaps the most impressive.

One thing I would try is to make rendering using two point perspective here. Or some slight perspective correction at least to make left and right vertical edges of furniture and others to be parallel with the picture's edges. Just a thought.

Can you pull out the furniture, leaving the lights and share the autocad file? This way the scene serves as a template for interior lighting.

How many passes?

I always kill fireflies by hand. Filters which despeckle or others usually destroy any fine details of rendering. I use clone brush of very small size.

Peter, very beautiful internal of highest level.

still my favorite engine too. What do you use in PS to clean up the rendering? "Despeckle", "dust and scratches"? Or everything by hand?
