AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

I've been doing a series of package renderings for a client & I need fairly hi-res. However I'm finding that I get a massive amount of background with my image a "postage stamp" subject.
Is there a "Window" option to restrict the actual rendering to the subject?

Make your AutoCAD viewport match your rendering aspect ratio more closely.  You can do this more precisely in a Layout (paperspace) view.  Zoom in closer to your subject.  If the viewport matches the aspect ratio exactly, in your case, 4:3, then the image you get should be what you see in AutoCAD.

David, I take it that you are rendering the AutoCAD window by clicking on the little green car icon on the nXt dialog box. For what you are attempting to do, you should be using the walkabout feature in which you can select your resolution and have a greater control over the view.

Good point.  WalkAbout can make this easier.
