AccuRender nXt

advanced rendering for AutoCAD

Hi every body.

I received an e-mail from Bob McNeel and I visited the following link

http://irendernxt.com/video/material-channels-for-irender?utm_sourc...

It seems that Irender uses the capability of Material channel to change material colors and lighting properties. If this functions are available in Accurender how I can use it. I tried the channel functions, but didn't find the way to change colors. Probably I am missing something.

Best regards.

Nope-- this is IRender only.
would it be possible to incorporate such a function? There are numerous applications, where it could be very helpful...
No.

Interesting - I thought iRender was just a build of nXt for another modeller so what is possible there must be possible here...

anyway - we have at least material mask...speaking of which - would it be possible to change it from different shades of gray to completely different colors? Some shades are too close, which makes selection difficult...

Of course it's possible.  He's basically messing with the material mask.  It's not something I'm interested in.

Buy a copy of IRender seems the solution.
for an AutoCAD user, this is very valuable advice.

"For compatibility with AutoCAD 2026 you would need to purchase a license upgrade for nXtRender (AccuRender).  As an AR5 license holder you are eligible for a discount which we can give to you if you contact us at support@renderplus.com."
