"I think that for that type is better to use displacement map. Displacement actually modifies the geometry rather then just fake the relief."

"No Appload doesn't work either. Rich, I'll check SxSTrace and update here. I was able to load the earlier one in 2013. Didn't check with 2014 since I installed it recently. Removed 2013 to do that. I can reinstall and check again."
