"Nice Mike. Those cracks in the plaster look really symmetrical. Maybe you should play a bit with the mapping orientation ;)The French balcony door sunblinds are somehow nailed by the balusters :) Nice stone material on the ground."

George Ioannidis replied to mike makki's discussion end of the year animation show case
"No, it was not. I have absolutely no experience of doing animations, but I am sure AutoCAD is rather not a good tool to do them. More animation-oriented software should be of your interest. And it always depends on what do you want to get and how…"

Mike,

see attached grass I created, using your tips. It works pretty nice...:-) The only thing I'd like to improve is colour. Would you mind to share the leaf bitmap you created your grass with?

My "grass" attached - feel free to use or improve it...mx2%20grass%20deep%20forest%20green.ArGroundcover

I have it off - generally the "conveniences" provided by AutoCAD are more trouble than they're worth.  The latest version is "convenient" to a fault, literally.

Hi Mike, I am working on a project on  the beach and I want to ask if you can share your excellent water material and some  good 3d boat model.  Many thanks in advance, here is a very preliminar image of this house renovation

"Thank you Roy. The more physical based effects nXt has, the more realistic pictures it will compute. All of those need a lot of computing power under (or on top of) our desks though. Are you doing any move to engage GPUs on rendering process in nXt?…"
