3D_Replication final
I created this replication of one of Peter Milner's renders, not with AI but with sketchup (with the matchnewphoto tool), autocad and nxtrender.Critics and comments are welcome.
advanced rendering for AutoCAD
Depth of colour
Speaking with our graphic designer it appears that renderings have a lot less colour depth than photos.
This limits the amount he can tweak an image in Photoshop.
The result is that in publications, renders tend to look flatter and not as vibrant as photos.
Is this a limitation of the software?

JPGs are fine for materials. This should have no bearing on what Peter's experiencing.
